Common questions
Is end of tenancy cleaning priced differently?
It is priced as a one off clean: a £30 booking fee covers up to 3 hours, and each additional hour is £7.00.
Will my deposit be returned?
We cannot speak for your landlord or letting agent. If they have given you a checklist, please tell us when you book so your cleaner knows what to focus on.
Do I provide the cleaning materials?
Yes. You will need to provide the cleaning materials and a vacuum cleaner.
